MIDNIGHTAI(이하 “사이트”)는 웹사이트와 게임을 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 보호하며, 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
사이트는 게스트 식별, 게임 기록 및 랭킹 제공, 부정 이용 방지와 서비스 보안을 위해 게스트 번호, 플레이어 토큰의 해시값, 게임 식별자, 점수, 플레이 시간, 기록 시각, IP 주소의 해시값, 요청 및 오류 기록을 처리할 수 있습니다. 문의 시에는 답변을 위해 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 이용자가 자발적으로 제공한 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
2. 자동으로 생성되는 정보와 분석
방문 과정에서 브라우저·기기 정보, 접속 시각, 방문 페이지, 유입 경로, 게임 및 링크 이용 기록, 쿠키, 대략적인 지역과 오류 기록이 자동으로 생성될 수 있습니다. 사이트는 방문 현황과 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Analytics 4를 사용할 수 있으며, 이름이나 이메일 주소 등 직접 식별 가능한 정보를 분석 도구에 의도적으로 전송하지 않습니다.
3. 게스트 사용자와 랭킹
게스트 이용자에게는 공개 표시용 게스트 번호와 추측하기 어려운 무작위 플레이어 토큰이 발급될 수 있습니다. 원본 토큰은 이용자의 브라우저에 저장하고 서버에는 해시값만 저장합니다. 공개 랭킹에는 게스트 번호, 최고 점수, 순위와 달성 시각 등 필요한 정보만 표시합니다. 브라우저 데이터를 삭제하거나 기기를 변경하면 기존 게스트 기록을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다.
4. 보유기간과 파기
게임 및 랭킹 정보는 서비스 운영 기간 또는 처리 목적 달성·삭제 요청 시까지 보관합니다. 보안 및 부정 이용 방지에 필요한 최소 기록은 해당 목적에 필요한 기간 동안 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다. 문의 정보는 처리 완료 후 필요한 최소 기간까지만 보관하며, 보유 목적이 끝난 정보는 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 삭제하거나 익명화합니다.
5. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리
사이트 운영, 파일 저장, 보안과 분석을 위해 OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare 및 Google Analytics 등 외부 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 서비스 이용 정보가 대한민국 밖의 서버에서 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 사이트는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 서비스가 적용되는 경우 자세한 내용은 광고·쿠키 안내에 고지합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제 및 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 필수 정보의 처리를 거부하면 게스트 식별이나 랭킹 등록이 제한될 수 있지만, 가능한 범위에서 일반 게임 플레이와 공개 콘텐츠 열람은 계속 제공됩니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 개인정보를 만 14세 미만 이용자로부터 수집해야 하는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 동의를 확인합니다. 동의를 확인할 수 없는 경우 해당 개인정보 기반 기능을 제한할 수 있습니다.

MIDNIGHTAI (“the Site”) respects user privacy while operating its website and games and processes only the minimum information necessary in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Information We Process and Why
For guest identification, game records and leaderboards, abuse prevention, security, and service reliability, the Site may process a guest number, a hashed player token, game identifier, score, play duration, record timestamps, a hashed IP address, and request or error logs. If you contact us, we may process your email address, inquiry, and information you voluntarily provide in order to respond.
2. Automatically Generated Data and Analytics
Browser and device information, access times, visited pages, referral source, game and link activity, cookies, approximate region, and error records may be generated automatically. The Site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the service. We do not intentionally send directly identifying information such as your name or email address to analytics tools.
3. Guest Users and Leaderboards
A guest user may receive a public guest number and a hard-to-guess random player token. The original token is stored in the user’s browser, while only its hash is stored on the server. Public leaderboard responses contain only necessary information such as the guest number, best score, rank, and achievement time. Deleting browser data or changing devices may make the existing guest record unrecoverable.
4. Retention and Deletion
Game and leaderboard information is retained while the service operates, until its purpose is fulfilled, or until a valid deletion request is completed. Minimum records needed for security and abuse prevention may be retained separately for the period necessary for those purposes. Inquiry information is kept only for the minimum period necessary after resolution. Information no longer needed is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
5. Service Providers and International Processing
The Site may use third-party services such as OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics for hosting, file storage, security, and analytics. Service data may therefore be stored or processed on servers outside South Korea. We do not sell personal information. If advertising services are introduced, additional details will be provided in the Advertising & Cookie Notice.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Refusing processing required for guest identification or leaderboards may make those features unavailable, while ordinary gameplay and public content will remain available where reasonably possible.
7. Children’s Privacy
If we need to collect information from a user under 14 where consent from a legal guardian is required, we will verify that consent in accordance with applicable law. Features requiring that information may be restricted when consent cannot be verified.
