This notice covers content at existing addresses and website analytics. It is separate from desktop app feature descriptions.
MIDNIGHTAI processes only the minimum personal information needed to operate games, provide leaderboards, and handle inquiries. This notice applies commonly to the website and games provided by MIDNIGHTAI.
1. Required information

You may refuse the collection of required information. If you do, the relevant features, such as guest identification and leaderboard registration, will be unavailable. Ordinary gameplay and public content remain available where possible.

You may decline to provide optional information, but we may be unable to reply without contact details.
3. Information generated during use
Device and browser information, access times, visited pages, referral sources, game and link activity, cookies, approximate region, and error records may be generated automatically. See the Advertising & Cookie Notice for details about analytics and cookies.
4. Guest identification
Guests may receive a public guest number and a hard-to-guess random player token. The original token is stored in the user’s browser; the server stores only its hash. Deleting browser data or changing devices may make existing guest records unrecoverable.
5. External services and international processing
The website may use external services such as OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics for operation and analytics. Service information may consequently be processed on servers outside South Korea. See the Privacy Policy and Advertising & Cookie Notice for the relevant processing details.
6. Users under 14
If information requiring a legal guardian’s consent must be collected from a user under 14, that consent is verified under applicable law. Features based on that information may be restricted if consent cannot be verified.
7. Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Send requests and inquiries to midnightai@midnightai.net.
8. Feature-specific notices
This page provides a common baseline notice for multiple games and services. If a new feature collects additional personal information, the collection screen states the purpose, information, retention period, right to refuse consent, and consequences of refusal. Separate notices and consent procedures apply to sensitive information, unique identifiers, payment information, and similar information where necessary.
