These terms apply to the midnightai website, development blog, and desktop software operated by AI STUDIO (에이아이스튜디오).
1. Product information and licenses
Check each product's supported environment, features, and purchase conditions. Use of the software follows its applicable license and purchase terms.
2. Purchase channels
For purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy, it acts as Merchant of Record for payment, applicable transaction taxes, and payment-related refund processing under its Buyer Terms. AI STUDIO is the software supplier and provides technical support.
For software obtained through the App Store, Apple's transaction rules apply. If no custom license agreement is provided, the Apple Standard EULA applies. Apple handles its purchase and refund procedures; AI STUDIO provides product support.
3. Authorized use
Use software within its license and access only systems and data you are authorized to use. Respect privacy, copyright, and confidentiality. Protect credentials and keep backups of important materials.
Unauthorized redistribution, authentication bypass, unauthorized access, and malicious code are prohibited. Activities permitted by applicable law or open-source licenses remain permitted.
4. Your materials and intellectual property
Rights to materials you create remain with you or their rights holders. Using our software does not transfer those rights to AI STUDIO. Software and original website content belong to their respective rights holders; third-party components follow their own licenses.
5. Support, updates, and refunds
Email midnightai@midnightai.net for support. Updates and support follow the applicable license and purchase terms. See the Refund Policy for withdrawal rights and purchase-channel procedures, and the Privacy Policy for information handling.
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or exclude responsibility for product defects, breach of contract, or obligations imposed by law. Changes to website wording do not remove obligations existing at purchase.
