본 앱은 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 온라인 랭킹 기능을 위해 아래의 익명 정보만 최소한으로 처리합니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보 (온라인 랭킹)

순위 경쟁 기능 제공을 위해 아래 정보가 서버로 전송·저장됩니다. 모두 특정 개인을 식별하지 않는 익명 정보이며, 광고·추적 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.

• 무작위 게스트 식별자(예: guest-123456 — 임의 번호, 실명·이메일과 무관)
• 플레이어 토큰의 해시값(본인 확인용, 원문은 저장하지 않음)
• 게임 점수, 플레이 시간, 기록 생성·갱신 시각
• 부정 방지 목적의 IP 주소 해시값(원본 IP는 저장하지 않음)

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 이용자 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.

• 게임 기록(최고 점수·최고 콤보·평균 반응속도·일자별 기록) — 기기에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다
• 언어 설정, 튜토리얼 완료 여부 — 기기에만 저장됩니다
• 무작위 게스트 식별자 — 랭킹 신원 유지를 위해 기기에 저장되며, 위 1항의 온라인 랭킹에도 사용됩니다

기기 저장 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 광고

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 제3자 광고·추적 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 수집된 익명 랭킹 정보를 광고·마케팅 목적으로 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매·제공하지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제 요청

삭제 요청 방법

1. 게임에서 랭킹 보기를 엽니다.
2. 목록에서 "나"로 표시된 본인 항목의 게스트 식별자(guest-123456 형식)를 확인합니다.
3. 해당 식별자를 적어 midnightai@midnightai.net 으로 삭제를 요청합니다. (제목 예: "랭킹 데이터 삭제 요청")

요청 접수 후 30일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 게스트 식별자, 게임 점수, 플레이 시간, 기록 생성·갱신 시각 — 전부 삭제
• 플레이어 토큰 해시값 — 전부 삭제

보관되는 데이터 및 기간

• 부정 방지 목적의 IP 주소 해시값 — 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 해시값이므로 개인을 식별하거나 원본 IP를 복원할 수 없습니다. 삭제를 원하시면 위 절차로 함께 요청하실 수 있습니다.
• 삭제 요청을 하지 않은 경우, 랭킹 데이터는 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관됩니다.

기기에 저장된 데이터(2항)는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라지며, 별도 요청이 필요 없습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 랭킹 기능도 익명으로만 동작합니다.

Privacy Policy

This app does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or location, and has no account or login. For the online ranking feature, it processes only the minimal anonymous information described below.

1. Information We Process (Online Ranking)

To provide the leaderboard, the following is sent to and stored on our server. All of it is anonymous and not linked to your identity, and is never used for advertising or tracking.

• A random guest identifier (e.g. guest-123456 — an arbitrary number, unrelated to real name or email)
• A hash of a player token (for verification; the original is not stored)
• Game score, play duration, and record timestamps
• A hash of the IP address for fraud prevention (the raw IP is not stored)

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following is stored on your device:

• Game records (high score, max combo, average reaction time, daily results) — stored only on your device and never transmitted
• Language setting and tutorial-completion flag — stored only on your device
• The random guest identifier — stored on your device to keep your ranking identity, and also used for the online ranking described in Section 1

On-device data is removed when you delete the app.

3. Third Parties & Advertising

This app shows no ads and contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. The anonymous ranking data is not used for advertising or marketing, and is not sold or shared with any third party.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

How to request deletion

1. Open Leaderboard in the game.
2. Find your own entry (marked "me") and note your guest identifier (in the form guest-123456).
3. Email that identifier to midnightai@midnightai.net and ask us to delete it (e.g. subject: "Ranking data deletion request").

We process requests and reply within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Guest identifier, game score, play duration, record timestamps — deleted in full
• Player token hash — deleted in full

Data that is retained, and for how long

• Hashed IP address (fraud prevention) — retained for as long as the service operates. It is a hash: it cannot identify an individual and the original IP cannot be recovered. You may ask us to delete it together with your ranking data using the steps above.
• If no deletion request is made, ranking data is retained for as long as the service operates.

Data stored on your device (Section 2) is removed when you delete the app; no request is needed.

5. Children's Privacy

This app collects no personally identifiable information, and the ranking feature operates anonymously only.
